HYTORC UK Service Department
For improved productivity, inventory management and operator safety, HYTORC's qualified service technicians are available for the service, repair and calibration of a wide range of equipment, either at your location or at one of our dedicated workshops, including:
- Hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and manual torque equipment.
- Air, electric and hand-operated hydraulic pumps.
- Hydraulic bolt tensioning equipment.
Our UK calibration labs and procedures are all traceable to UKAS standards. All hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric torque equipment is calibrated in accordance with ISO:9001 standards. Additionally, hand torque wrench calibrations can be carried out in accordance with ISO 6789:2017 standards.
Other services available include hydraulic and air gauge calibration, as well as PAT Tests for electrical equipment.

Each HYTORC mobile technician is equipped with the training and tools required for repair and service of all HYTORC bolting systems. Additionally, each vehicle is equipped with state of the art calibration systems for hand torque wrench calibration and hydraulic, pneumatic and electric torque wrench calibration up to 50,000 Nm.In-House Services
Our in-house service technicians are available for the service, repair and calibration of hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and manual controlled torque bolting systems. All equipment calibrated up to 80,000 Nm in accordance with ISO:9001 standards.
HYTORC is also able to help with the service and maintenance of your hydraulic bolting tensioning equipment as well as any air, electric and hand-operated hydraulic pumps.
