SIMULTORC™ Tool System

Simultorc™ is the simultaneous use of four or more tools on an application.

This is the only method that guarantees parallel joint closure. Without parallel closure, even accurate torque or tension systems cannot assure joint integrity.

This is especially critical when gaskets are being used. If the flange is assembled using only a single tool, there is a great risk of crushing the gasket, which can lead to nut loosening and joint leakage.

While Simultorc can be applied with all hydraulic torque wrenches, only the XXI™, Avanti™ and Stealth™ can apply Simultorc hands-free!

This is achieved using the Clamp™ or LoaDisc™ fasteners, which increase job speed, safety and accuracy.
